Friday, January 17th, 9:30-10:30 am: Art Play

Students will explore various sensory and experiential art activities in a nurturing, child-led environment. Students will have fun using a variety of art materials, enhancing fine motor skill development, while also cultivating imagination and creativity through play. (Be prepared to get messy!) Class will culminate with a brief circle time and picture book. Caregivers are viewed as co-learners in art and encouraged to participate. This class will be taught by Suzy Park. She’s a child and family social worker and therapist, educator, and mother of two young children here in Honolulu. She has been developing and teaching youth programs for over a decade.
