Dia de Los Muertos Skulls Workshop 2:30-4

Saturday, November 4th, 2:30-4:00 pm

$15 per child  (Ages 5 and up)

Dia de Los Muertos is a Latin American and Mexican celebration that takes place from October 31st to November 2nd. Families celebrate the lives of loved ones who have passed away by creating altars adorned with flowers and photos. They also place favorite foods or important items of those who have passed, as well as gifts of sugar skulls. Join us in this workshop to create your very own Dia de Los Muertos skull. We’ll use recycled fabric to make soft sculpture skulls, then embellish them with fun decorations in order to please those who we honor. This class is presented by special guest instructors visiting us from Spare Parts in San Antonio, Texas. REGISTER HERE
