Important Workshop Policies (PLEASE READ!)

Workshop payment must be made in full at the time of registration. If payment is not received in full, child is not registered, a spot is not reserved and parent will need to re-register.  If you are having trouble making an online payment, please contact us via email or phone, and we will help you complete your registration.

Registration fees will be fully refunded for cancellations made at least one week (7 calendar days) in advance of the workshop date.

Otherwise, if your child cannot attend a workshop, please let us know at least 24 hours before the start of class, and we will hold your payment as an Art Explorium credit for a future workshop or Open Studio.

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of your class, no refunds or class credits will be given. If you used Art Explorium credit from a previous workshop as payment, you will lose that credit if you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of class.
